For many people, this technique of finding blocks, your trapped emotions, deep within is easier to experience compared to traditional psychotherapy. I personally have experienced the significant benefit and healing through traditional talk therapy. However I have experienced a faster, more at ease momentum with this technique. This process is non-intrusive of your past / family history. It is not necessary to labor through many sessions of digging deep into your past. Personally, if I removed my blocks before engaging in therapy, I would have avoided the repetition of certain pitfalls / mistakes.
